Residential Construction.
SGB work closely with architects and architectural designers to build your new home. We project manage the build from concept to code of compliance. We have in house pricing for the bank and reliable sub-contractors.
Commercial Construction.
SGB can carry out commercial construction and maintenance work including seismic strengthening, retaining walls, concrete work, fit outs and commercial roofing or re-cladding.
Renovations & Interiors.
At SGB we love residential renovations and extensions. We can design, project manage and complete new kitchens and bathrooms. We do exterior re-cladding, retro-fit double glazing, refitting new windows, re-roofing, re-lining plus interior fit outs.
Quantity Surveying.
SGB can price any building project accurately with our in house quantity surveyors. This could be at a concept stage, for the bank or at the start of construction. We can manage costs through out the project.
Architectural Design.
SGB can provide in house architectural design services. We can provide concepts drawings and visualisations through to building consent drawings and specifications.
Project Management.
We can project manage any construction project from start to finish. We liase with architects, land surveyors, engineers, the council and interior designers. We manage costs, sub-contractors and project timelines.
